Краткосрочные или среднесрочные облигации на предъявителя с фиксированным процентом, выпущенные публичным кредитным институтом или коммерческим банком и не обращающиеся на рынке. Французские сберегательные облигации называются bons de caisse. Термин bons d'épargne применяется в отношении пятилетних сберегательных облигаций, эмитируемых по номиналу. Предъявитель может погасить их по истечении трех месяцев, но величина выплат в течение пяти лет будет возрастать.
